A listed building stands just outside the city centre of Dokkum. It was built at the end of the 1940s as an agricultural winter school. After that, it was in use as a secondary school until 2005. After a major renovation and restoration, modern workspaces were realised while maintaining the buildings main characteristic features.
The property breathes the atmosphere of a high-quality laboratory where every square metre is fit out for people with a passion for the profession. It is the perfect environment for innovation, creation and specialist precision engineering; a place where only watches for real aficionados thrive.
